Our service

South Bank Real Estate provides a buyer’s agent service that is free for buyers. We earn our fee from the seller’s side through a commission share when a purchase completes. You will never be charged a fee for using our service.

Submitting a contact form or booking a call does not create a contractual obligation on either side. It’s simply the start of a conversation.
