Who we are

South Bank Real Estate is a buyer’s agent service operating in the Margem Sul region of Lisbon, Portugal. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our” on this page, we mean South Bank Real Estate, a trading name of LS Atlantic.

What data we collect

We only collect information that you give us directly or that is generated automatically when you visit our website.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, political opinions, religion, etc.) and we do not buy data from third parties.

Legal basis for processing

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the following bases:

Legitimate interest — when you submit a contact or booking form, you’re asking us to get in touch. Processing your data to respond is a legitimate business interest.

Consent — for analytics cookies (Google Analytics), we rely on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or using your browser’s privacy settings.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to run this website. Each one only receives the minimum data needed to do its job.

How long we keep your data

Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and provide our service. If we don’t end up working together, we delete your data within 12 months of our last contact.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the default GA4 retention period) and is not linked to your identity.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your data — ask us what we hold about you. Correct it — if anything is wrong, let us know. Delete it — ask us to erase your data and we will, unless we have a legal reason to keep it. Object to processing — you can ask us to stop using your data. Data portability — request a copy of your data in a standard format.

Cookies

This website uses cookies from Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site. These cookies collect anonymous data about pages visited, time on site, and device type. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies.

Children

Our service is aimed at adults looking to buy property. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent version. We won’t make significant changes without making it clear on the website.
